• Not be on any sanctions lists or prohibited persons lists.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. KYC and AML Compliance

Fidelitie Investments is committed to complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and verification at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have limited functionality.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to:

• Hold deposits for verification before crediting to your account;
• Delay or reject withdrawals for security review;
• Require additional documentation for large transactions;
• Reverse transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Trading

Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk. You acknowledge that:

• All trades are requests submitted to our team for execution;
• Trade execution is subject to market conditions and availability;
• Past performance does not guarantee future results;
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

7. Fees

Our fee structure is available on our Platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Applicable network fees (gas fees, mining fees) for blockchain transactions are separate and will be communicated before processing.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate prices or engage in market abuse;
• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation;
• Reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidelitie Investments and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

The information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Fidelitie Investments is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
